On behalf of ART4MENTAL the controller for the processing of your personal data is charity organisation “Rise of Ukraine” charity fund (herein referred to as "Rise of Ukraine" or “Rise”).

ART4MENTAL concludes a processing agreement with the parties that have access to personal data for the performance of their services.

ART4MENTAL takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from destruction, loss, modification or any other unauthorized processing. ART4MENTAL does not store your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is stored. Typically, due to the requirements of the Grant Agreement and the European Commission, it is 5 years from the end of the Project.
